Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website (gurjas.org) and general correspondence. Data handling within client engagements is governed additionally by the engagement's written scope and our data protection statement.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising, and contains no analytics trackers operated by us. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on GitHub Pages; these providers may process technical data such as IP addresses in their server logs under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store that data.
Correspondence
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond and, where an engagement follows, to deliver it. We do not sell personal information, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists without your request.
Client materials
Datasets, documents and institutional materials shared during engagements are treated as confidential, used only for the agreed scope, access-limited to those working on the engagement, and deleted or returned on request at the close of an engagement.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future contact at any time by writing to [email protected]. We handle personal data in the spirit of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and comparable international norms.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
